All room rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $40.00 per night with Event Rate of $50.00 per night.
Each guest room has a private bath, ceiling fan and TV.
The first rate is regular rate and the second rate is event rate.
Events require a minimum night stay. Please inquire for various events.
50% deposit to secure a reservation. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation and will transfer to reservation for a future visit.

WALTER ANDERSON ROOM - $165.00/$195.00
The only guest room on the main floor. The room has a queen bed and a single bed. The walls are like a cooling breeze off the Gulf. There are Walter Anderson paintings on the bedroom and bath walls. Walter Anderson books are also available for enjoying.

KING ROOM - $165.00/$195.00
The King Room is at the top of the stairs on the second floor. The room is all bed – a California Four Poster King Bed! This is a very masculine room with ecru walls and restful blue and brown accents. The room also has a stately highboy.

DORMER ROOM - $165.00/$195.00
The room is on the second floor with a dormer window overlooking Washington Park. There is a romantic canopy queen bed with Autumn color accents. The walls are sea green adorned with family needlework and original floral paintings.

LARUE’S ROOM - $145.00/$175.00
This is the smallest and quietest of the guest rooms and is located on the second floor. The room is known as the Morning Room since one is able to sleep late after a night on the town. There is a queen bed with a large headboard and room size rug with walls a soothing melon.

BALCONY SUITE - $200.00/$245.00
This is the largest of the guest rooms. It is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the courtyard and has stairs going down to the courtyard. It is a double room with a sitting and office area. The room has a Queen Poster Bed and a Pull Out Bed with ecru walls.
